Refund policy

We know that buying shoes online can be tricky regarding fit. At God Shoes, we make the return process simple.

• Return Window: You have [30] days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible, shoes must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns with visible wear on the soles.

• Process: 1. Email us at refunds@godsneakers.com with your order number. 2. We will provide you with shipping instructions.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
